Gossip Girl's Kelly Rutherford's delight was obvious as she spent time with her new boyfriend Jason Bird yesterday.
The couple stopped for frequent lingering kisses as they took Kelly's baby daughter Helena for a walk in Los Angeles.
Kelly filed for divorce from Helena's father, German businessman Daniel Giersch, while pregnant in December 2008.
